Hello dear Dave,
I tried to get into the link here above … but can’t :-(
Please inform me when it works properly again!

Until then

Wish You a Great Weekend,

Link worked for me.

3. Lipstick - April 27, 2007

I want that! And it’s only $10.

What’s the catch?

4. daveintexas - April 27, 2007

The catch usually is that it’s a piece of crap marketed to goobers.

Which is the whole problem, what with me being a goober and all.

Explains the Christmas tree.

Get one Dave. You need it.

Pfah! Get thee a whet rock Dave!

See? I got one of those and it works great. Why are they trying to convince me this is better?

WHY?

There is no sleezier tv pitch-ho than Bill Mays.
This goof has been bellowing at me from the tube for 5 years, and the urge to hunt his loud ass down and force a gallon of floor cleaner down his big, fat, loud mouth is getting damn near overwhelming.
Please don’t feed the pitch-ho.

They block that site in Sweden cause it’s a commercial for sharpening scary knives. I believe it’s an EU thing.

11. Paul A'Barge - May 2, 2007

Take your knives to a professional sharpener, the one in your town that does the knives for most of the high-end restaurants.

In Austin, it’s the Knife Sharpest on Burnet Rd, just north of 45th.

The only knives I sharpen myself are my collector skinning knives, and on those I use only a triple stone with olive oil.

You want to ruin an expensive knife? Buy one of those cheap gizmos.
