No, no Dave. He’s just praying over the people with his magic praying hand.

“Methodist Doofs” indeed. Is that what they call “the religious left”?
Most Methodists seem to be in favor of the library, though it would be interesting to see a poll.

SMU admin Deb. The knuckleheads.

The Administration wants the library. And there are professors and students who realize that with only 43 presidents in 200 some odd years, that this chance may not come around again. It’s a great chance to have increased research and think tanks on the campus. What I find annoying is that only one of the signatories of the original petition was from the Dallas area. As an alum of this school, I also have written espressing my displeasure to everyone who has a link on the internet . Strangely, our state’s most liberal school UT-otherwise known as Berkley on the Brazos-managed to hold their collective noses and accept the presence of the much reviled LBJ’s library. I truly think that this is a combination of liberal angst and a collaberation with that nut who wants to live in those delapidated condos. My aunt used to live there and believe me, they should have been torn down years ago. Of course the Dallas Morning News loves this story, as they do anything that tears down SMU and/or supports liberal anti-Bush views.

I stand corrected. Vocal faculty members.
